Proven Producer
Maui Wowie is a proven producer of offspring destined for the show ring. She is has demonstrated strong genetics in her existing offspring. Both Accoyo America Quarantina and Accoyo America Acapulco Gold were awarded Reserve Champion in show ring, which continues the strong pedigree of Maui Wowie’s dam Accoyo America Wailua and sire Snowmass Defiance.
We love the potential of Maui Wowie, because we are great fans of the Snowmass and Accoyo America breeding combination. Her histogram and EPD results are an example of the goodness that can come from these pairings.

Color Genotype of ee Aa1
Maui Wowie’s color genotype is ee Aa1, which means she has a black allele and she can produce color offspring when bred correctly. You get the great fiber characteristics of a white alpaca with the option of passing these traits down to colored offspring.
2023 Breeding
Maui Wowie was bred to Andean Divinity, a top producer for the Snowmass herd and one who holds a Top 1% EPD for fleece weight and a Top 5% EPD for mean curvature. Their offspring, Accoyo America Sour Diesel arrived in 2024. Diesel has a sweet personality, excellent confirmation, great phenotype, and very fine fiber with a lovely crimp structure.
