Accoyo America Petiti is a bay black alpaca that is full of fiber and personality. She is one of the most outgoing alpacas on our farm and is known for her ability to entertain visitors.
Petiti EPD rank lists her in the top 10% for staple length and the top 25% for fleece weight.
Pedigree
She has exceptional genetics that includes many notable alpacas such as Snowmass Quechua, Snowmass Andean Bronze, Snowmass Nova, and Snowmass Matrix.
Color Genotype: EE a2a1
Petiti’s ASIP alleles show she has a black allele in both locations. Her MC1R alleles show she has no dilution. This genotype combination tells us she cannot produce light-colored offspring. She will produce offspring that are dark fawn or darker, with a tendency for darker colors.
Breeding Activity
Petiti was bred in 2021 to Fun in the Country’s Leviticus and she delivered a beautiful female. Luna is a carbon copy of her dam in both appearance and personality. We’ve repeated this breeding and Petiti is due with her second cria this fall.
