Phenotype
Snowmass America Virtuosity has beautiful dark silver grey fiber that produces an amazing yarn. She has a deep black face with fuzzy ears and strong conformation.
She ranks in the top 5% for fleece weight in the 2022 EPDs.

Vicki’s ASIP alleles show she has a black allele in both locations. Her MC1R alleles show she has no dilution. This genotype combination tells us she cannot produce light colored offspring. She will produce offspring that are dark fawn or darker, with a tendency for darker colors.
Personality
Vicki is full of spunk. On the farm, we call her “Vicki Grey Butt” because she has a unique pattern on her rump. Given her outgoing and spunky personality, this name is fitting. You’ll often find Vicki sleeping in a hay bin or some other place she should not be.

Vicki was bred to Fun in the Country’s Leviticus in 2022 and delivered a beautiful little girl in summer of 2023.
