Alpaca is a favorite material for throws and blankets because it is as soft as cashmere, three times warmer than sheep’s wool, hypoallergenic, and sustainable. And since alpaca fiber comes in over 20 natural colors that includes variations of white, beige, fawn, brown, grey, and black, blankets can be made without chemicals and dyes.

And a newer item is our American-made alpaca throw blankets that are produced using alpaca fiber straight from our farm. We’ve mixed this fiber with organic cotton to produce a lovely USA-made throw that feels like a big alpaca hug.
