Our Smith Rock pile alpaca jackets are made from 93% alpaca and 7% repreve thread (recycled material) which is used for the trims, zippers, pockets, and thread. This jacket is made in the United States from locally grown alpaca fiber via the Climate Beneficial fiber coop.
The coloring is a lovely rose grey/brown mix that varies slightly for each production run. That is the beauty of natural products. Each mill run is slightly different due to the natural alpaca fiber used.
